2. Search that takes plain English
Shoppers don't think in dropdowns. They think "black SUV under $35k with leather." A storefront lets them type exactly that and lands them on matching vehicles. Fewer taps between the shopper and the car means fewer places to lose them.
3. Trade and financing on the page
The two questions every shopper has are "what's mine worth" and "what's my payment." If they have to leave your site to answer either one, they often answer it on a competitor's. Trade values backed by KBB and Carfax, and a credit application on the vehicle page, keep that conversation on your site.
4. Appointments while the store is dark
