Where dealers lose money.

Marketing01

You're paying for leads you can't trace to a sale.

Your CRM stops at the lead and your DMS starts at the deal, so no report ties an ad dollar to a sold car.

Old Tech02

Twenty years of software, bolted together, with Excel holding it up.

Every hand-off between systems is a person retyping something, and a place a deal or a title stalls.

Turn03

You're holding cars too long and losing money.

Used-vehicle market: 44 days' supply, Aug 2026

Six systems. One car.

This is what getting one unit from auction to the front line looks like today.

Three products, built to work as one.

A website built to book the test drive.

Fast on a phone, searchable in plain English, and converting 1.5–2× better than the site it replaced.

Who we are

We built digital banks. Then we met car dealers.

We spent fifteen years building financial technology and commerce: digital banks, payments products, crypto wallets, high-volume e-commerce stores, and platforms now owned by public companies.

Then we started consulting car dealers on marketing, found the bigger problem was the technology underneath it, and started building that instead.

We're a startup, and we'd rather say so. We'd like to hear how your store runs.

Ready to hit the apex?

Get a complimentary website audit. We test your site the way Google does, on a phone, and show you what to fix first. No obligation, and you keep the report.

DealerApex timings are lab measurements on a live production storefront, 28 August 2026. Conversion lift is measured against participating dealers' previous websites. Recon results are from dealers using the acquisition and recon dash. Market days' supply: Cox Automotive, August 2026. Features marked Roadmap are in development.

DealerApex builds websites and marketing analytics for independent used-car dealers. The storefront is the part buyers see — fast, and legible to search and answer engines. Underneath it, the Dealer Data Dash reconciles CRM leads against DMS deals so a store can trace a sold unit back to the ad, the listing product or the search that produced it. We are a software vendor, not a dealership: we sell no vehicles and hold no inventory.

Frequently asked questions

How is DealerApex different from other dealer website providers?

Most dealer websites are just a place to list your cars. DealerApex pairs a fast website built to sell with the Dealer Data Dash, which tracks every sale back to the ad, search or campaign that brought the buyer in. Vehicle pages load in 0.29s on desktop, and dealers on the platform convert 11–16% of leads into sales against an industry average of 2 - 5.7%.

Can you really track which ads sold a car?

Yes. Most dealers can't, because their CRM and DMS don't share data. The Dealer Data Dash links each lead source to the deal that closed, across Google, Meta, referrals, walk-ins and listing sites. One dealer found $8,000 a month going to a source that produced 590 leads and zero sales, and cut it with no drop in sales.

Will DealerApex work with the tools I already use?

Yes. We connect with vAuto for inventory and pricing, Carfax, Capital One credit applications, Birdeye, DriveCentric and iPacket. Leads go straight into the CRM you already run, like VinSolutions or DealerSocket. We don't replace your CRM.

How much ad spend could I save?

Dealers typically recover $2,000–$10,000 a month in wasted ad spend once they can see which channels actually sell cars. Cost per customer on the platform is $150–180, compared with the industry's $750 – 1,600. The free site audit shows where your budget is leaking.

Why does website speed matter for a dealership?

Most dealer websites take 3 – 4 seconds to load, and buyers leave before they see your inventory. DealerApex loads a full inventory page on 4G mobile in 0.62s, well under Google's 1.8s benchmark. A faster site means more shoppers browsing, more trade-in and finance requests, and more appointments.

How do I reduce my reliance on third-party listing sites?

Listing sites push dealers to compete on price and charge more for each lead over time. DealerApex helps you build channels you own: your website, local search, Google and Meta, all tracked through to sales. You can then put your budget into what closes deals rather than paying for leads that don't.

How quickly can I launch, and will I lose my search rankings when I switch?

A standard independent dealer site launches in under a week. The templates are ready-built, so most of the work is mapping your inventory and applying your branding.

Who is DealerApex for, and what does it cost?

DealerApex is built for independent used-car dealers, including groups with several locations. There are no caps on inventory or lead volume, and a full Spanish-language site is included. Franchise support is coming once OEM compliance certification is complete. Book a call for a quote.
